Jay S. Hausman was born in New York City. He received his B.A. in psychology from the State University of New York at Albany in 1989. He attended the University of Bridgeport School of Law and graduated receiving his Juris Doctorate in 1992. Mr. Hausman was admitted to the Bars of New York and Connecticut in 1993. He was admitted to practice in U.S. District Courts for both the Eastern and Southern Districts in 1994. He is a member of the New York State Trial Lawyers Association.
